Is Michelle supposed to be special needs?

Just saying, she seems like that by the way she talks. She doesn't anymore since Part 3, The Wedding.

I think they kind of implied it just for her to be the less attractive girl for Jim in the first segment of American Pie, so it would appear that Jim would end up with Nadia, but then the movie does a 180 and Jim ends up with Michelle. She may have a few screws loose though.

Hi, I do not think so. In some way she has a strong personality and at the end she got what she wanted.
