Similar to another movie?

Can someone please help me remember the title of a movie from a few years ago that has a similar plot? the manager of a factory hires a single mom and her daughter Zoe to pose as his wife and daughter, so that a big business deal will go through. does this ring any bells with anyone?

Borrowed Hearts with Roma Downey. I always look for it, but I missed it this passed Christmas season. Good family movie.
