I just watched this movie on HBO and it was BAD. It is unfortunate because it's got a good cast, but their talents are wasted on a horrible script. I really don't have much else to say about it except save an hour and 35 minutes of your life by skipping this one.

shareJust saw this for the first time yesterday and I agree with you both.. I was honestly surprised to see a score as high as 5 for this movie. I don't get the ratings on imdb. I've seen a lot better movies get lower rated ("pride" comes to mind). In general, I think Affleck is sooo much better now than he was in that era and soo much better with dramas than comedies. He is one of those people who gets better with age, in looks and talent.

I hated the first half hour but then I warmed up to it. I think it could have been very good like a Planes, Trains...but they missed it somehow. It had potential.
