What was the Judys plan?

I'm watching this now and I'm trying to figure something out. At the party near the end of the movie, Ben's boss meets Andie and realizes she is in love with Ben and the Judys see this. They tell Ben's friends that Andie was in on it the whole time and they blow the secret about the bet. But what was their plan? Just ruin Ben's relationship? Their boss already told Ben to start getting ready for the pitch and he made up his mind. We even see later that Ben is still in charge of the campaign. Did they think Ben's boss would change his mind? I just don't get what their plan was.

Yeah that's a good point.

Basically the Judys wanted Ben's friends (Thayer and Tony) to tell Andie about the bet so they wouldn't have to do it and be held accountable. The Judys knew she didn't know about the bet if she was in love with him. So since they told her, she made a big scene and freaked out on Ben at the end with the song. Ben's boss probably saw that Andie was upset and maybe didn't love him? I'm not totally sure. They never mentioned if he still had his promotion or not...

Ultimately it seems that the boss didn't give a *beep* They thought it was still a winnable bet, but by the time the diamond Mogul's wife was sold on it, it really made no difference.
