When Warner broke up with Elle in the restaurant was the squealing something that she does when she cries or was she doing that to draw attention to Warner? He's being mean so she squeals so others will look and embarrass him?

shareWhat gets me in that scene is she's yelling at him about breaking up with her and he's yelling about having no choice. He finally speaks to people looking at them and lies saying that she had a bad salad. It was obvious that wasn't the reason but you hear some woman in the background saying, "I won't be having the salad." I thought, how dumb of them to put that in there, it wasn't even a reason for it. It bothers me everytime I see the movie.
