LB is a comedy and a spoof.

Yes, it is a comedy that does spoof sororities, school, etc nobody argues that. However, that does not mean that there are not good messages in the movie. The movie shows that blonde girls shouldn't be stereotyped as a dumb, shallow people. The movie is all about not judging a book by it's cover. Just because someone likes pink doesn't mean they are dumb and shallow. Many people truly buy into such stereotypes. My sister LOVES pink and has a bubbly personality, and people do judge her for it. They feel like idiots when they learn she is a pediatrician (who happened to graduate top of her class from med school). When I was in school, people would make judgments about me after learning I was in a sorority and liking fashion. After hearing that I was double-majoring in chemistry and biology and was an honor student, they would quickly change their tune. So while it is a comedy and spoof, there are definitely some really good messages there that I think you totally missed.
