Hi!, I have noticed that Scooby wears a CCCP shirt in the last scene. And I have seen one too in a clip by Black Eyed Peas. Is this something "cool" now in the USA to wear those shirts or what?, is there a growing communist movement in the USA or it's just another "rebel without a cause" theme?

i know that this is off topic , but for all you american people that want to be communists, i sincerly feel pity for you . i come from a country where communism left it's deeps marks and you don't know how privileged you are as democratic people. why would someone want to stand in line for a piece of bone when you can eat a stake?
Well, and for all of you ex-sovietic people who want to be capitalist, I sincerely feel pity for you. I come from a capitalist country (Spain) and there is a lot of labor explotation, the houses are incredibly expensive, public health works bad and slow, food gets more and more expensive and public education gets worse. And in the USA it's even worse. By definition, in a socialist country (pre-commuist), public health, public education and food are all free, the houses are all property of the government (of the people) so you can get one even if you have not the money, and you work for the government (for the people), not for your bosses who get richer thanks to you. If your country was not like that, it was not socialist (and by no means communist).
Cuba is a good example of a socialist country to me: 100% of schoolarship and better indizes of health than USA, that democratic country with two parties to vote.

I own a Soviet Union hockey jersey I bought at a U.S. Cavalry store about ten years ago. I look at it as something of a trophy from the cold war. To those that wish for socialist and communist governments, talk to a cuban, or a russian sometime. Healthcare, food, housing and education are not free. In a capitalist society, we trade money for them. In socialist and communist society it is usually exchanged for freedom.
I mostly see cubans who are proud of it. In a recent survey to east-germans the 40% want the wall back (ergo, they're not happy with their new situation). The first "democratic" government of Poland was very corrupt and a total disaster. The situation in Ukraine and Bielorrusia in the last years was completely antidemocratic, in Bielorrusia it still is. The 60% of the last sovietic government made a fortune after the fall of the U.R.S.S.
Your vision on the topic is too simple.

It's the same as people wearing Che shirts. Most people don't know anything about what he stood for or his philosophy. You can actually buy CCCP shirts at Target, so that says something. I actually have a shirt with Che on it but it says Cliche Guevara. Sometimes I'll wear it and walk by a guy wearing a Che shirt and their reactions are priceless.
I hate how imdb signatures look like they're part of the posts.
I will admit I've worn one once because a friend of mine was visiting from Denmark (where there is a strong communist movement and wearing a CCCP shirt means something and isn't a fassion statement). He gave me one of those shirts so I had to wear it that day. But the guy who works at my local 711 who's really cool told me that 20 years ago he would have gotten his ass kicked for wearing that. It's just funny that what would get you in trouble a while ago is now a trend
