OnDemand Censor?

I remember seeing this movie on either HBO or Showtime around when it first came out on tape and don't recall anything being censored. This evening I noticed it as being a new release on STARZ ONDEMAND via Comcast Cable and the sex scene between the student and her black teacher was blocked out by a yellow rectangle. Then later when John Goodman's oldest son is confronted by his best friend asking to perform oral sex and the movie was cut before the scene played out. FIfteen years have passed since its original release. It was NOT censored on cable TV back then. One would think that censors would be more lax now than they were a decade and a half ago. Does anyone remember it being uncensored on cable TV way back when?
