If the opening song, Cosmic Dancer, had gone on another 30 seconds I fear I would have clawed my ears off! That has to be the worst song I have ever heard, sung by the worst singer who ever sang. And the lyrics sound as though they were written by a first grader. Hideous!!

shareI had to go to youtube to check out the "Birdie Song" . I wasn't sure what that was. Turns out I have heard it many times & actually like it, but I think that's only because it's the music for that silly "Chicken Dance" that's often done at weddings - that is a hoot, imho & hearing it brought back happy memories of good times at wedding dances.

They're not all like that. T-Rex also did Bang a Gong (Get It On) which is the song you hear when Billy is in the mobile library. And they did Ride a White Swan which is the song they play at the end when Billy is once again jumping on his bed.
