Recently I saw the to first DVDs at a friends place - and I think it's a cool series so far.
Here, in Denmark, only the two first DVDs is available (at an import shop).
How many episodes are out? Anyone know?
And could anyone recommend a site where I could order from in the future? (My importer wants 60$ or more for eaach disc..*sigh*)

The original oav set is made of 6 episodes. These are the only ones worth getting. I've seen two of the new oavs and they suck - don't bother with those and stick to the ones from the 90s.

This might be abit beter. But the new ova is still lovely.
this ova is six episodes. the other one is seven. you should watch the newer one before the old one. as thats how it goes chronologicaly.
I recently found dvds split up into 6 volumes on blockbuster.com and plan to give them an online rental. I've only seen subbed clips of Jotaro's fight with Dio and I've recently read volume 1 of the manga. Got two questions for anyone who's seen the DVD of it. 1: Is the dub any good if any? 2: Is there a japanese language option?
Edit: Finally got the first volume and all my questions have been awnsered. The english dub is kind of a mixed bag for me and I can easily switch back and forth between that and the japanese version. I'm just curious on whether or not Dio does his trademark "WRYYYYYYYYY!" from the manga and game at all in the anime now.
This is an old anime, but there was a recent re-release with much more nice drawings that I think covers upto 6 oav episodes (does not have a conclusion but with a different plot). If you watch the old anime version its was actually 13 episodes (with a conclusion).....maybe in the future they will also re-release (7-13episodes I think???) of the old anime...
