And that is not saying much
however if you are weird like me you find enjoyment in any horrible movie.. no matter how terrible they are

I had heard of these movies, but couldnt find them anywhere so I finally gave in and bought the trilogy from Amazon (my first clue to its quality should have been that the entire set was available "new" for about 5 dollars).
Moving on...I watched part 2 last night (watched part 1 the night before) and the sequel was definitely better. The kills were a bit bloodier and were definitely more of them. The acting was expectedly horrid but I enjoyed it for what it was. A 80 minute or so time killer.
I wasn't aware that there was a part 3.
The first two are among the worst films I've ever seen. I could have made a better couple of movies using a bunch of friends and a mobile phone.
