13 ghosts 2001 is a remake of the movie with the same title and plot. It was originally made in 1960..

some days, it's not worth chewing through the restraints..

the lady who directed this remake is the daughter of the guy who directed the original!

Steve Beck directed the remake and HE is not related to William Castle who directed the original.

According to the IMDB, William Castle's daughter Terry, is a co-producer of this flick, and, The House on Haunted Hill remake.
