Who were the Aliens with the Nazis in the beginning of season 4?

Who were the Aliens working with the Nazis in the beginning of season 4?
Where did they come from? Why did they time travel to the 1940's and
change the Events of World War II ?
I have never seen those aliens before or after those two episodes in the beginning of
Season 4 so I am asking you

They are a species called the na'khul. They came from 60 years after voyager. Them going back to ww2 was an accident they were rushed into going through time
