I'm not a big investment guy, so I've always found it odd Ryan has to sell the stock twice. Any investment savvy people that can explain that, or was that a goof by the director. Just wondering. Great movie otherwise, but that has always bugged me.

He bought the stock when it was cheap and sold it when it was high for a lot of money. He borrowed some more stock and sold it when it was high, for a lot of money. After it falls he can buy the stock for a lot less and repay the loan of stocks.
