shareEh...it came at the end of a list of her weaknesses, like a left-handed compliment. You talk too much, you make an arse of yourself in public, you have bad habits, but hey, I like you anyway.

That made it even more sweet. He realizes the imperfections she has and he likes her including them..aka just the way she is. None of us are perfect and it's nicer for me to hear a guy tell me that yes you're not perfect (b/c obviously he's not either) but I like you for the way you are. That's way sweeter and more realistic than them liking you for an ideal image he has of you and doesn't know the real you.
shareIndeed it is. I'm such a sucker for this movie. Colin Firth in any character he chooses to play can do no wrong. He has that quiet intensity, sexiness personified, thing down to a science. He doesn't have to speak, just stare away Colin, stare away. Oh, and how great was it when he showed up to her flat unannounced for her bday dinner? He is so right. There isn't enough blue foods.
