All About Yves aired before The Cap'n Toby Show?

I'm nine episodes into this series for the first time, and I just want to make sure I watch the last few episodes in the right order before I move onto The X Files Season 9.

All About Yves is the final episode, isn't it? The Cap'n Toby Show aired after it... but I should watch that first, right?

I don't know about air order, but "All About Yves" is the last episode, ending in a cliffhanger. "The Cap'n Toby Show" probably should have been the last, for it's just your standard comical standalone episode that doesn't offer the lack of resolution of "All About Yves" (though "All About Yves" was clearly the better episode, starting to crossover into the X-Files mythology).
