In "Like Water for Octane" Frohike states that Langly is a 35 year old virgin. I doubt that he got any action between that episode and Jump and Shark. bummer :(

No he didn't. The Gunmen are alive per The X Files Season 10 comic series.

Considering that Season Ten is produced by Chris Carter i'd say its canon.
