Northern Europe film with similar plot

I remember watching a film, might have been Norwegian or maybe Dutch... with a rather similar plot, where teenagers killed one of their friend (a girl) for no reason. I remember the murder scene was really long and painful. Any chance someone might know it? Can't remember its title...
