All the Young Actors In this Had Potential... So What Happened???

I saw this at a premier in NYC 2001 and some of the actors were there.. They were really cool and down to earth and after watching the movie.. I said to myself... many of them could have great careers in this business.. even possibly get nominated for Oscar someday... so wtf happened??

Brad Renfro ... No longer here unfortunately.. He was already established but his career fizzled a bit cause of drugs.. Kinda sad how his life ended early.. I think he was a decent actor and its one of those things again where drugs claim another talented person...

Nick Stahl ... seems like his career was going good around the time this movie came out.. Then did Terminator 3 and next minute MIA... Heard he is on drugs..

Michael Pitt ... To me had the most potential.. but nothing really materialized.. He had a good run but heard his attitude and drug abuse has screwed his career.

Daniel Franzese .. out of everyone was in one of the most iconic films ever.. mean girls... but career wise did nothing for him

Leo Fitzpatrick ... I take that back ..Leo had the most potential over Michael.. started out in Kids and this and was on the wire.. then.. that's it.. I have not seen him in anything else.. Last was an episode of my name is earl..

Rachel Miner.. I think all the hardcore nude scenes black listed her in the movies. She went from sweet girl married to kid from Home alone to this.. Has somewhat okay career on tv but far far from what people thought she be..

Bijou Phillips .. I was actually rooting for her but her career went no where

Kelli Garner .. she really tried but nothing happened and both tv shows she had that had potential got canned really fast unfortunately..

Have you seen their actual credentials or are you just assuming they've been up to nothing because you haven't seen them? Quite the list of work for these actors with the exception of Nick who is currently battling addiction and Brad who, like you said, has passed.

Pitt has a great career

I said he has a good run but lets be real.. his last real significant role was what?? Last Days, Funny Games??? 8 years ago??? and they flopped... Majority of his movies flopped unfortunately.. I don't know if the rumors were true his character was cut on Boardwalk cause of his attitude and drugs...

I have not seen much of any of them around so basically yes and I go to the movies a lot and watch and rent movie at home too... Second I looked up their work and it not what I thought it should be.. what has Rachel really done? What has Bijou done?? Like I said, when I saw the movie many of them have talent and could see winning many awards someday... still time.. they are still young and have many years ahead of them...

Pitt Has iorigins coming up. Nick Stahl I thought was really good in this film,and is usually good in everything he's in ( Thin Red Line, In the Bedroom. Etc) but hasn't done anything really sent remarkable since Sin City, except for a recent episode of Body of Lies. If he is battling addiction and I hope he kicks it
