Gotta agree this is also one of my all time favs & Ive probably watched it like over 5 times ..but how in the world are some JUST NOW WATCHING THIS GREAT MOVIE???

shareI don't know but there are all kinds of movies 12 years old and even older, that I will watch this year ... wait for it ... for the very first time! :) I saw Chocolat for the very first time last night. And now I am posting about it. Does that fact deserve a Wow? (I am kidding with you here, not trying to flame you.)
I agree, I love this film too, watch it every year. It's one of those films where you make sure everyone else is out, collect your favourite sweets and a glass of wine. And just wallow! I had the vhs, then the dvd and now love the blu ray!

Besides, even adults miss good films when they come out. Most people only see one or two a week at best - we don't all spend every evening at the cinema or watching videos: there is good TV to watch, plays/operas/ballets/exhibitions to see, parties to go to, friends to meet for dinner...and of course income taxes to file, and other equally distasteful but necessary activities.
But you're right, it is a great movie!
