Where does john cusak fly to near the end of the movie?

Ok so they find the book, and then his friend gets the number calls some mystery person and then they are on a plane. to where? I thought she wrote that number down from ages ago so then if it was a local number in NY they would have just gone to it right? no need to fly? but then their flying so maybe it was a cell number? so they traced the cell, got a name and a more current cell number which led them to her new home in SF? but if that's her house who are the people having sex in it? and do they even have houses like that in SF? looks like some house on a lake somewhere remote. So did they get the wrong number or address or something? I don't understand how they got to that house with the people having sex, or where that house was, or who's house is that? anyone care to explain?

She let her friends "housesit"/honeymoon in her house while Larz was preparing for his "tour" and she was "taking a break".

Her sister was excited to housesit for her in the bar scene early in the movie. So that's her sister and boyfriend in the house that Cusack and Piven see. She looks enough like Sara for them to believe that it's her and not the sister they see in the window.

I had to, and I bet many did as well, take a triple take, through the window looked just like her. Could it have been a stunt double?
