Danny slides a puck at them. Guards go thud.

What is this device? Knock out gas? A sonic thingy? Shots out blow darts? Slimer from Ghostbusters comes out and incapacitates them?

Is this a real type of device or is this a "suspend disbelief" moment?

EZ4 sleeping gas because they wear masks when they go in.

Same stuff they used at Devils Tower in Close Encounters.
