How did they get...

the money from the vault to wherever it had to be sitting for the guys to walk it out disguised as S.W.A.T.? And for that matter, how did they transfer the money into the bags they were carrying and how is it that with all the casino security down there with them, did they transfer $160 mil into those duffels? I can't believe one of the security guys wouldn't say, "Uh, hey officer, why are you putting money we thought was blown up into your bags there?"

The S.W.A.T guys were inside the vault. They carried bags of "equipment" down and came up with bags of money.

There was no casino security at the vault. The two guards were unconscious and bound by the initial infiltration of Danny and Linus. Logically to infiltrate the vault in the first place before the SWAT arrived you would need to handle security anyway so there was none.
Also, why would security be lingering around when SWAT were infiltrating the vault. They'd get in the way.

Well what are the use of my brains if I'm tied up with a dumb cluck like you?

160 million, in hundred dollar bills weighs over 3500 pounds.
That's 35 bags at 100 pounds each. Plus it isn't all in hundreds. There's going to be 50's, 20's etc that makes for even more weight.
It takes time to move 40 100 pound bags, it would take more than 1 trip up.
It's a minor plot hole.

First you have to load all the cash into the bags. That takes time.
Then, how much can one person carry? They can't even carry 2 bags each.
How many SWAT team members are there, 6 or 8?
They couldn't get all the money in one trip up which is all they had time for.

The bigger plot hole was how they got the bags of hooker fliers in the elevators for security to put in the empty r.c. van BEFORE the crew even showed up as SWAT.
