I'd go with Rusty Ryan. He pretends to be a doctor and a SWAT man that is allowed right into the vault.

Reuben and 'Ramon' had it relatively easy.

Reuben had the easiest job but he was also at great risk as if they heist failed he would be out millions.

Bernie mac did not have it to easy, not only did he have to create the commotion to distract benedict he also had to watch everyone with out being watched and also had to write down key information document the layout of the casino(remember when ocean is first explain the security of the casino he says this is thanks to ramon)
