Why does they need Saul's character to introduce the suitcase in Andy Garcia's chamber if casey affleck's character and the other guy used a trolley to introduce the Chinese inside the chamber??

He carried some gems or something that later turned out to be explosives.

Break the rules and in a couple of years you will have a hell of a story to tell.

Yes, exactly. When Saul had his "heart attack", it distracted everyone so Livingston could switch to the dummy video feed.
