I obviously missed it but can anyone explain to me what does it suppose to mean when Rusty says "Of course I'm in the casino, I have two words for you mini bar" to Benedict when they're on the phone together?

I am speculating that since Rusty had the hotel owner's "ear" at that moment, he was lobbying for an improvement that could boost the hotel guests' overall experience.
