What about the marked X bags in the elevator *SPOILERS*

Well I've been thinking and something just doesn't add up. When Rusty calls Benedict and tells him he's being robbed, he tells him that six bags full of money (flyers for prostitutes) are already in the elevator for his men to transfer in the white van. Who put those bags in there?At the time the call is made, only Ocean, Daemon and the Chinese guy are in the vault and none of them carried any bags when they went there.

At a specific point,when the other guys from the hotel see them load the money in the center of the vault ,the Chinese guy gets a bag from one of the money carts, but in no point in the movie they showed anyone loading carts with bags full of fake money, or transferring them in any way in the vault earlier on for that matter.
