I know two women who had orgasms while being raped. It just happened. They couldn't control it; didn't want it -- maybe the fear had something to do with it, who knows? One woman was withdrawing from narcotics and that can make you so sensitive it takes very little to climax (for some people). The other was not on drugs or drunk or anything and was gang-raped by I think five men.
It was absolutely horrible for both of them. If you ever really want to depress yourself, work at a rape crisis center.
