during the kidnapping scene when JD is in the bathroom BEFORE he gets the royal flush ---- the toilet seat is already up ------ no way would JUDITH allow DARREN to leave the seat up.

I was just watching it and had the same reaction. Obviously it was like that when JD walked into the bathroom so Judith could later drag him over without having to lift it up. But no way would she allow Darren to leave it up.
