This is just sad.

I was born in 1991 and I'm rooting for the older generation. With all that technology has to offer these days, you get an idea of how self absorbed and pompous most young people are, but to have to have these narcissistic air heads on my screen is too much. I was smiling when their "shelter" started falling apart. Most of them were too busy dinkin around swimming to take building shelter seriously. That or they didn't have enough brain power between them to figure it out. May seen harsh, but within the first few minutes of the show when they were introducing themselves, I was rolling my eyes. It was so cringe worthy how arrogant and airheaded they sounded.

just to be fair, the Gen Xers in their day wouldve done the same thing.
The Gen Xers shelter also wasn't built we just didn't see what was going on at their camp in the evening of day 1, but they got just as pummeled by the storm on night 1 as the young crowd did.

I'm laughing at the op. they weren't that bad.

It's all Kung Fu in the mud when we're high on Love.

reply

Yes they were. Not all are like them of course but they are a bad representation.

Umm, in cased you missed it, the Gen Xers didn't get their shelter built either and they had to start over too.

You might be a wee bit harsh here, but I'm glad you are rooting for the oldie but goldies. :)
