I've not seen a lot of them in movies, but the ones that I have :

Alexis Bledel - Violet and Daisy

(Such a different character for her to play, and she was actually really good. She held her own next to James Gandolfini and Saoirse Ronan )

Jared Padalecki - House of Wax

Melissa Mccarthy - Bridesmaids

I just finished watching Remember Sunday, and it wasn't half as bad as I expected it to be. Actually, it might have been Alexis' best performances (Violet and Daisy is still the best).
