Imagine of witch blinking?

I remember seeing the TV commercial for this film back in 2000 and I clearly remember a scene which was not included in the final version of the movie. The trailer showed the portrait of the witch as it suddently blinks.

I just saw the trailer on youtube but it's the theatrical one, I couldn't find that image anywhere.

Anybody remembers it?

I think I remember that, it was a trailer with a woman (who looks like Erica) from behind and she's flipping through the "Book of Shadows" and it stops on the picture of a child or a witch, and the eyes open.

I think this was only shot as a preview for the movie and not for anything used IN the movie.
