Mary Brown was supposed to be in this movie?

I found this picture of Mary Brown speaking to Tristen and Steven, but obviously the scene must've been deleted somewhere down the line or else she would've been in the film. And in this YouTube video I found which confirms Mary Brown was supposed to be in the film at one point (The lady says "Let's say Rosemary's where Mary Brown is" at 4:30 in the video. I could've sworn I heard a familiar voice saying "I'm warning you" at 4:04 as well. It sounds like she was supposed to be the Crazy Ralph of the series?). Does anyone know about any deleted scenes featuring Mary Brown and why they were deleted?

I never knew about this, it should of been included on the dvd.

It really should have. Mary was one of the highlights of the first film so it would've been wonderful to see her in the sequel. It wouldn't have really fit in with their "First film is fiction" theme, though, so maybe that's why it was deleted.

But here is the thing: this movie is set up as if the first movie IS REAL, and this movie is based on incidences that occured in this universes reality, where the original footage from THWP was found.

The woman who played Mary Brown (Patricia DeCou) was supposedly there as a volunteer - She helped with the art department ((she was good at crafting items out of branches and leaves - there's speculation that it was her idea to make the stick figures that became the iconic symbol the first film is linked to)), she's credited as an art technician in the first film but got overlooked in the credits here.

Damn shame she got cut...this movie couldd have used all the help it could get.
