Spy Kids was made before Mr. and Mrs. Smith and the Incredibles. So they had no influence.

The Inredibles was more influcenced by the Marvel comic, Fantastic Four. As for Mr. and Mrs. Smith, I think that the idea of a married spy/assassin couple wasn't a new concept in Spy Kids.

I thought the movie "Meet the stupids" took heavy inspiration from Spy Kids.
