Doing a Halloween Marathon

I know this one is pretty horrible, but I have to say that I liked it better than 6. I was also taken back to the time. I mean I used to watch Scariest Places on Earth (2000) and then Most Haunted (2002). Then Ghost Hunters a couple of years later. This movie fit really well in with that whole fad at the time.

Again I'm not defending it, as it is pretty bad, I think I just enjoyed it more this time.

YEAH,ITS TERRIBLE,ITS ALSO A TON OF FUN.BUSTA RYHMES CHEWS THROUGH THE SCENERY,AND THE REALITY SHOW ANGLE WAS INTERESTING...DEFINATELY BETTER THAN THE DEVILS BALL NECTAR THAT IS HALLOWEEN 6...WASTES A YOUNG PAUL RUDD AND LEAVES US WITH A GETTING KILLED AND SCREAMING DR LOOMIS....FUCK HALLOWEEN 6.

The POV's and tv footage look like one of those shows. I. Not a fan of this, but I think you make a valid point.

Actually, I liked Busta Rhymes.

Wow..I'm shocked that you guys all don't like Halloween 6...most Halloween fans love it. And praise the uncut version. As for resurrection..eh it's not terrible. It came out my junior year in highschool and It perfectly captures the early 2000s imo. Busta was huge back then and Tyra was like every guys fantasy. I can see why they were chosen to be the stars.

Edited to say I also REALLY love the beginning with the mental facility and the story about Laurie killing the wrong person by accident...

I just thought that by 5 (a little bit) and 6 the story was lost in a muddled supernatural lore that took the mystery away.

I am with you ..I didn't like the supernatural stuff either. Take away that from 6 and it's pretty decent to me..I thought the main characters were all likeable..and the young mom with her kid out of wedlock..the abusive father we All wanted to see Michael kill...it wasn't bad..i see why they killed off Loomis he was getting old..did he die before filming ended? I thought he did. Also the mid 90s... perfectly captured in the film. It almost has like scream vibe to it.
