Good premise though...

...terribly executed. If this film didn't have Busta and Banks and all the other shenanigans they are involved in through the whole film then it wouldn't be so bad. The premise of a paranormal/web series/whatever exploring the Myers home for one night live on the web is something that was ahead of its time back in 2004, and was a great/fresh idea for a sequel. It's such a damn shame that it turned out to be a huge mess of a film. If I am being honest, if someone gave me money and said you can remake any film in the series, which one would you like to redo....I'd do this one. I just believe there's a lot of potential to do things with this film that were missed.

I agree. Had the stuff in the house been real or some sort of backstory given better than Rob's versions, this film might have been decent. I know why they cast Busta and Tyra, both for hot "it" factor at the time and the demographic, not that there's anything wrong with that, but these 2 were not good actors/actresses. A lot of the cast wasn't good for this, that also was a disservice to the movie. It could've been a whole lot better.
