Near the end of the film, when Cratchit is sitting at his desk the day after Christmas, you can see the reflection of a young man's face in the window pane in front of him. Probably it is the cameraman, but it looks sort of ghostly.

I've never spotted this before, and I've seen this movie many times. It can't be that noticeable if nobody else seems to have raised this point. Unlike the boy in the apartment in Three men and a baby. For years people believed that was a ghost.
