it's not a steal as such, but it is a variation on a concept expressed by bill cosby in a bit some time, about how when you hear the word oops from a doctor or a dentist, you get very nervous...and if i remember correctly, he hints that this is the main reason they don't use local anasthetics for surgery, so we don't get all 'what do you mean oops? i know what happens when i say oops!'
