Leonard could have written more detailed notes - just saying!

"Don't trust him/her" is quite vague. And it's not something he would fully remember once he lost his memory again. At least, he could write "Don't trust him/her BECAUSE ....". It doesn't even have to be a long sentence - just anything providing details. No wonder why he's confused. (Unless of course, he does this purposely to confuse himself)

A big problem he has is that he can make notes for people's names and faces...but not their voice. That's why Teddy could just continue to manipulate him over the phone, posing as a private detective or whatever.

Works great until Natalie is one step ahead, and he tattoos "never pick up the phone"...then RIP Teddy.

Well,on Teddys photo,it said "Don´t believe his Lies"...should he have to spell out why HE HIMSELF is the One who chose to lie to himself?

Sorta like.. "This man claims to know me well and have told me not only that I Already killed John G so btw, stop serching RIGHT NOW...This creep also claims I am the one who accidently killed my wife, that she survived the attack, that she had Diabetes...but that Was Sammys wife. Not mine. So this dude MUST be full of crap, otherwise I would be a lunatic who´s very existence is not managable without a constant, severe Selfdelusion...and that just sounds silly!!"

So...I mean,ya get the gist. It is SUPPOSED to be vague, has to be so he can lie to himself without actually spelling out the lies and being aware of them, atleast in this example...which I personally think he often is but that´s another story.
