Or maybe she didn't notice his costume as she was startled. But then did she suspected him later on? Maybe.
I think so because of the below reasons
1.license plate SG137IU but wrongly written as well as tatooed as SG1371U but the license plate info shared by natalie as license plate as SG137IU
2.she says i found a deserted place where u can take revenge while giving license plate info...while indeed it is the same place where jimmy was killed
Actually, the *car* itself is seen both with license plate SG1371U and SG137IU.
