Basicly this is what happend (sorry for lousy english):
So basicly i think it goes like this : if we start the theory from assuming that he killed his wife with insullin , then we ask ; why didnt he end up in an institusion like sammy? So then we can say - well maybe he is running from the cops? Well that is probably not the case because it seems as if the police is not around too much.so then we ask- wait, does the police evdn know? I mean, we didnt saw any policeman around, anyone he knows ( incluedong family members of his ) he didnt step foot in his own apartment even once. And the story about this sammy guy is not here for fun- it is here to explain lennys situation- the rape case git him the short term problems, and afterwards the sammy story was the same as his story :(

Correction - apperntly my theory failed, i saw an interveiw with nolan in wich he tell that the b&w scenes are objective! So basicly the entire story of sammy is true and has nothing to with leny= he is not guilty after all!!!

But i have realized that whatever realy happend i think that the only real conclution that i can make is that the movie showes that the problem is with lenny's twisted realty outlook and probably has no solid proof for who is the murderer and pribably far as hell from finding it
