Leonard's fate - what do you think?
Without Teddy he has lost his last real link to his old self, the only person "helping him" plus he just killed a cop. Looks grim..

shareWell, concidering that his old self wasn´t exactly the greatest Person ever, can´t see the harm in Lenny trying to live without Teddy,it´s not like things can get worse..or better. He will just have to get hold of alotta info by himself and there will be no spending cash for long hotelstays now that the drug deals are done. ALTHOUGH,since Lenny seems to chose what memories are worth remembering, that Teddy set up drugdealers might´ve stuck.
He is still gonna keep killing John G over and over and over until he eventually one day is caught,is my point. Who gives a shi- about such a deranged, twisted and disingenuous man? To us,his tale is finished since finding out What he truly was was the payoff for us viewers, besides the following specualtions. Who he was,I have no idea.
Well since Teddy's license plate is tattooed on him, you would have to think that he'll eventually get the DMV information again and try to track him down. Obviously this will never happen since Teddy is dead. It will help give him the unsolvable case that he has been creating for himself.
shareGood point. From the licence plate he can find Teddy's ID and discover he's dead. That will make him know that the murderer is dead. That'd be interesting.
shareHe took a picture of teddy and probably will write on it the onformation that he needs to know- as far as he know to that moment he killd his jon g , and from now on theres no one to trick him to go on to chase after another jon g
shareHe doesn't need anyone to trick him. He does it himself, quite consciously. Gives him purpose.
shareHe left enough evidence behind that he'll be arrested for 187
shareHe doesn't remember Teddy, so he won't miss him.
Teddy was fooling him, but also helping him a lot, and presumably feeding him money.
He's just gonna live a moment at a time. Trying to find clues for somebody that's already dead. Most of time he won't have anything and just lie in a room or wander around.
He's talkative, so he's gonna keep meeting new people. Some will try to help him, some use him, some hate him.
Without money and unable to work, he'll either be taken to some mental institution, or live on the streets, or maybe have his life become famous and get somebody to take care of him.
I think he's gonna rot without Teddy to take care of him and get his sht in place.
His real problem is that he has nobody to tell him the murderer is dead, so he has no chance of finding peace. But he doesn't know the truth and doesn't want peace anyway.
