Is this the actor's real name, or, as I suspect, a reference to Christine Chubbuck?

Anyone know?

Wow,I never noticed that. Thats pretty coincidental. (For those who don't know, Christine Chubbuck was a news reporter who shot herself on camera during a newscast. Adam Chubbuck also shot himself on camera in this film)

I noticed that too! It was strange timing as well because I was just reading about Christine Chubbuck, really for the first time, and then watched Ken Park for the first time the next day.
