Anyone know what this expression means?? Never heard it before.

when he orders coffee from marisa and she asks him what size he wants he replies with 'grande' in a kind of lewd sexual way, using it as double entendre that he is ALSO packing a 'grande' in his pants. When she gets in the sack with him, she realises that he lied about how big he was.

Ahhh now I see... It all makes sense now. Didn't catch the first 20 or so mins of the film so must have missed that scene. Cheers for the info. Much appreciated:)
