I just watched this an i was wondering if anyone could tell me where i can find that costume that louis is wearing. It is a penguin with louis looking like he is riding the penguin but he is just like walking it.

shareYou can make one. Go find a creative old lady neer you who is good with designing costumes. My mom allways makes weird costumes for people. Just find someone you know who is skilled at making stuff and pay them a little cash and you should get one.
