Yea, Zoog Disney was back in the times of Even Stevens, Lizzie McGuire, Bug Juice, The Famous Jett Jackson, etc. They even had these little cartoon people called Zoogers I think. I like Disney Channel better, the shows are better to me.

About 3 years ago, there was Playhouse Disney, Zoog Disney, and Vault Disney.Playhouse Disney was for the little kids, Zoog Disney had some cool shows like right now, and Vault Disney was black and white shows like The Micky Mouse Club. Zoog Disney had Bug Juice, Famous Jet Jackson, So Weird, Honey I Shrunk the Kids the Series and more. I wish it would come back.

I think it would be a better idea if they were to create a new Disney channel, a separate one, showing all the classics. By classics, I mean anything aged 10 years.

I'm 17 & I use to love Lizzie Mcguire to DEATH!!
& The Jersey, Famous Jett Jackson and So Weird were also my faves.
& I remmeber when they use to show Nsync in Concert & BSB.
OMG!!! LOL.

But I feel I love High School Musical & Hannah Montana just as much!!
I don't think Disney is getting horrible, I think we're just getting older!!
This is now what all the kids r into. Dsiney is just giving them what they want.

You may have a point there. But that being said, kids nowadays want crap IMO. Sorry, but HM and HSM are overly cheesy, corny, and pointless. Why are they so glorified? I guess I didn't like ALL the Zoog Disney shows. For example, Lizzie Maguire and Bug Juice were not faves of mine. I did like "Jett Jackson," "In a Hearthbeat, and "Even Stevens." And I loved Jeff Corwin. Kids were expected to actually LIKE learning back then. Now they are deprived, deprived, I say!!! I guess that's pop culture.

Now that I think about it, "Jett Jackson's" plot line is similar to HM.

i loved so weird until they got the new girl then it was cancelled it was the best show on disney and i loved zoog disney i learned the other day disney only keeps shows until they hit 65 episodes
ok this is from a different channel nicklodean do you remember hey dude, salute your shorts, weenerville, are you afraid of the dark (the old series), Guts, adventures of the hidden temple i loved all these old shows

The Disney Channel had several divisions back in the late '90s...Playhouse Disney (which is still around), Vault Disney (late-night classics like Zorro), and Zoog Disney.

IIRC, Zoog Disney referred specifically to a certain time block during the day (Fridays 5-7 seems about right) when their most popular shows aired. There were small cartoon bots called "Zoogs" that lived in the "Zeether" that provided commercials and interaction between fans online and the channel itself. Popular shows from this time period are "The Jersey", "So Weird", "In A Heartbeat", "The Famous Jett Jackson", and others.

Around this time period, Disney also aired music videos. Like, actual music videos, not just ones for their shows or movies. The Zoogs would introduce these and also would pop up occasionally during the videos. Saturday morning had a video countdown of the top 5, based on online votes.

I believe it was also this period that Disney had new original movie every month. Classics like "The Thirteenth Year", "Stepsister from Planet Weird", and the original "Zenon: Girl of the 21st century" aired in this timeframe.

Have i really been watching disney for that long?
Man, I remember those shows like;
Lizzie Mcguire, so weird, jett jackson, boy meets world.
I love boy meets world.
i have all the seasons on dvd.
I miss that show.

I do like Disney channel better the way it is now.
but at the same time, i wish they would bring some old shows back.
Like sister sister and boy meets world.
Because I hate all of the cartoons on Disney that theyve been airing.
I cant stand that one show Emperor's new school, oh yeah and American Dragon: Jake Long.

He used to have a show on Disney, I forget what it was called, it's been a long time since I watched it, I'll try and write what it was like.

Every show had an animal that they were trying to track, I think that he had some electronic device which gave him like clues to what the animal is, so it was really educational to little kids too.

Zoog was the best!!!

Boy meets World (still show it, only really late)
Sister Sister (Still showing it, not an original disney show)
Smart Guy (Not an original disney show)
Honey I shrunk the kids
So weird
The famous Jett Jackson
The Jersey
Bug juice

And there's a lot more before the era of zoog, which are really great too.

Many more cartoons too, like 20 and more, and I bet other shows, I just have to remeber them.

I remember the wierd way they said zoog, "ZOOOG" you know, if you ever want to go to the disney site, you can just put zoog.com and it will go to the same place. I always do that.

i like zoog better... they had the original shows like Herbie.. zorro... and they use to have 5ive and bwitched concerts.. those where alwyas the best...the black and white older tv shows.. and stuff.. where so much better..
