is there a scene in this movie where there is a boy climbing a ladder, near a satellite dish?

i saw it around 6 years ago on tv. if it isn't the dish, does anyone know what i'm thinking of?

if it was a black boy then it was "The Arrival", with Charlie Sheen. It happens near the end of the movie.
