Song Help Please!

I am trying to figure out the name of a song and the artist from the movie "The Watcher." It's a slower pop song and the first line says "lay me down..." I have been trying to find this song for a long time now so any help is appreciated greatly.

It was pretty boss back then, that's probably it. If it was in The Saint and Over There, that's the track you want.
