Sorry if this has been asked before.

Just saw The Watcher and was fascinated by the buildings that passed by in one scene. It kinda looked like something from Star Trek Next Generation's look on earth. I can't describe it better than that.

I'd love to know where it is.

If you can give a better description of the scene I can tell you, I live in Chicago and recognized almost every scene

I recognized almost every scene but I don't believe I know if op is talking about a shot from the lake or what?
