I gotta go with Tom Arnold because his character was a totally dangerous sicko rapist while Rourke was merely gay and basically harmless.

Agreed. Ask yourself which of the two you'd rather be locked in with if you were an Edward Furlong type. Tom Arnold's character would tear you five different new ones by morning where Rourke's would have just talked and talked but was essentially a sweetheart.
